Holiday with the whole family on Ferienpark Grafschaft Bentheim is the best choice. There is lots to do for the kids and they will not get bored easily. There is our playground to start with, the children can play on the different pieces of apparatus, while you watch them from the terrace of the restaurant while enjoying a drink. During the summer holidays we have an animation team a few days per week who will organize various events for young and old, like a participation theater. Ferienpark Grafschaft Bentheim is the ideal location from where you can visit various adventure parks, zoos and swimming pools in the area. Plopsaland Indoor has recently opened its doors in Coevorden. Live the adventures of Mega Mindy, Kabouter Plop (dwarf) and take a ride in the Antennae, for hours of fun. A little further is the beautiful zoo of Emmen. Travel around the world in one day and see all the animals from foreign countries. Don't forget to visit the beautiful butterfly garden. In Emmen you will also find the play expedition Yucatan, adventures of pirates, rafting, avoiding crocodiles, jungle expeditions, everything for a great day.

Only a few kilometers from the park is the town of Tubbergen (NL), wit hits swimming pool the Vlaskoel. This pool offers hours of fun for the younger children. In Nordhorn (20km) you'll find a smaller zoo, small but good, because they have a wide variety of animals, a nice combination with a shopping day, shop in the morning and visit the zoo in the afternoon.

A day close to home? Around the park are many possibilities for children, only 500m from the park is a large adventure playground located, where you can buy an icecream or drink also, the ideal afternoon for any child. Don't forget to bring your roller skates, to practice on the skating rink, you can not only skate around, but you can practice your stunts on the halfpipe and various obstacles.

A little further from the park are the outdoor pool, mini golf course, tennis court and riging school. The outdoor pool guarantees hours of fun in the water, but also enjoying the sun with the whole family. The 50m pool has 2 diving boards, one on 1m and one on 3m and there is a special part for the children separated by a cord. Next is a special children's pool with 2 slides. One wide slide with 4 lanes and a long, partially covered slide where you'll slide down in many curves. There is a special toddlers pool, where the little ones can play with water without the busy crowd. It's easy to spend a whole day here and the restaurant offers various snacks and meals.

Next to the pool is a mini golf course with many challenging courses, who can achive this course with the least shots? Playing a game of tennis? You can, on the double outdoor court next to the mini golf. In winter the indoor pool opens its doors to all guests, after large renovation works the pool will open anew in the autumn of 2010.
