The Bungalow.Net Trading N.V. privacy regulations as ordained by the Dutch law on protection of personal data.

1. Introduction
By way of several websites the holiday homes and bungalows of Bungalow.Net Trading N.V. and third parties are put on offer. Via the sites www.bungalow.nl and www.bungalow.net several accommodations are put on offer.

2. Information and use
The website consists of several pages on which visitor's data are measured. Bungalow.Net Trading N.V. collects these date exclusively for the purpose of obtaining information on the popularity of its own pages in order to make adaptations according to visitor's wishes. Statistics are not specific personal data. No addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail-addresses are made public.

3. Registration
In order to receive our newsletters or last-minutes, the visitors must fill out a registration form, in which address data are given (name, company name and e-mail). Giving more information is optional. These data are not passed on to third parties.

4. Cookies
A cookie is a small text file containing information on the user, which is being written onto the visitor's harddisk. Cookies do not contain personal information of the visitors. The use of cookies is widely accepted. The reason why we use them is, that we can recognize our visitors and on the basis thereof give a better service to the individual visitor. This website takes extensive measures to protect the user data. If users and/or members add sensitive data via the website, this information will beprotected on- as well as offline.

6. Improving, adding and requesting personal data
If the visitor's personal information changes, he/she will be given the opportunity of changing or improving the personal data he/she entrusted us with. This can be done by sending an e-mail to info@bungalow.net. In this manner it is also possible to request access to the personal data stored by us. We exclusively give the information laid down by us by way of the e-mail address of the requesting party.

7. Changes in the privacy regulations
In case we decide to alter our privacy regulations, we will announce these alterations on our website, so that our visitors will be aware at all times of what information we collect about them, how we use this information and under which circumstances we make this information available. If at any moment we would decide to use personal information in any other way as described in the privacy regulations, at the moment we obtained this information, we will inform the users by way of e-mail. Users are given the choice to decide if we may or may not use the information in that specific way. We will use the information on this site in accordance with the privacy regulations under which this information has been obtained.
