What to do during your Autumn Holiday
Autumn brings the best of the season to Ferienpark Grafschaft Bentheim, with nature turning to vibrant gold and red all around the park. A visit to the majestic Bad Bentheim Castle is not to be missed — it often hosts atmospheric evening walks, music nights, and magical lantern events during this time of year.
In nearby Uelsen, enjoy cosy evening strolls through town and catch the last of the seasonal Mills' Days, with their traditional bread-making demonstrations and charming local atmosphere. It's the perfect season to slow down, explore on foot, and take in what the surrounding countryside has to offer.
Autumn Hiking
There's no better season to lace up your boots. Many marked trails start directly from the park, leading through moors and woods turning gold, past spots like the Egger Riese and the Itter Quelle — maps are available at reception. Younger explorers can follow the owl-marked nature trail near the pool for a shorter, family-friendly walk.
Bad Bentheim Castle
